Academy Staff

Our Team – St. Anne’s Group of Schools Kiminini

At St. Anne’s, every educator and staff member is driven by faith and excellence to nurture your child’s academic, spiritual, and personal success.

Our Dedicated Team

At St. Anne’s Group of Schools Kiminini, we believe our greatest strength is our people. We maintain a progressive staffing policy that attracts, recruits, and retains highly qualified, passionate, and values-driven educators and support staff who are fully committed to our mission and vision.

We currently have a vibrant team of over 45 teaching staff spread across our Academy (EYE, Primary & JSS), Girls High School, and Boys Senior School (St. Maurice), supported by more than 25 non-teaching and administrative staff. Every member of our team is enthusiastic, experienced, and goes the extra mile to ensure every child thrives academically, spiritually, and socially.

We regularly invest in our staff through professional development workshops, team-building retreats, CBC training, and spiritual formation sessions so they can deliver the best possible learning experience.

School Leadership & Management

The day-to-day running of St. Anne’s is overseen by a strong, collaborative leadership team that ensures smooth operations across all sections of the school.

The Principal provides overall vision and leadership for the entire group of schools. The Deputy Principal (Academics) and Deputy Principal (Administration) support the Principal, together with Heads of Departments and Section Heads for:

  • Academics & CBC Implementation
  • Discipline & Pastoral Care
  • Talent Development & Co-Curricular Activities
  • Quality Assurance & Standards

Each section also has its own Section Head:

  • Head of Academy (EYE to JSS)
  • Head of Girls High School
  • Head of Boys Senior School (St. Maurice)

This structure guarantees that every learner receives personalised attention from EYE all the way to Senior Secondary.

Board of Directors

St. Anne’s is governed by a committed and visionary Board of Directors drawn from educationists, professionals, pastors, and community leaders. The Board sets the high standards and strategic direction of the school while providing continuous support for infrastructure development, scholarship programmes for bright and needy students, and overall growth.

Their guidance and financial support have enabled us to maintain modern facilities, expand our programmes, and keep education affordable for families in Trans-Nzoia.
